IMPORTANT NOTES:
· Kemiko Products are classed as `Hazardous Materials'.
Shipping and handling costs vary, based primarily on
the quantity and destination.
· Each coat of the floor should be done all at once; do
not start and stop, start and stop.
· NEVER apply wax before sealer!!! Wax is always the
final step!
· For maximum protection, you should use stain, sealer
and then wax.
· The coverage estimates are based on 1 50-50% ratio
(water to stain) and 1 gallon cover 400 square feet, taking
into account the use of 2 coats.
· NEVER let the stain touch anything but concrete; use
painter's tape on every other surface that surrounds
this area.
· Between coats, only use WATER to clean the floors; wet
vacuum excess water.
· In any case where moisture may be a problem, advise
the customer to only use WAX as it can be removed
with mineral spirits and reapplied after moisture
evaporates.
